Effective November 2, 2026. This policy covers Apollo Keywords, an internal tool of Apollo Ventures LLC.
Apollo Keywords signs in with Google only as the company's own account holder. Through the Google Ads API it reads keyword ideas and search volume estimates from the company's own Google Ads account. It does not access any other person's Google account or data.
The keyword data is used only to research which topics to make videos about. It is stored on the company's own computer. It is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising to anyone.
Apollo Keywords' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The sign-in credential is kept in a private folder on the company's computer and can be revoked at any time from the Google account's security settings. Keyword data can be deleted on request.
